Roy Banzon, command inspector general for U.S. Army Central, spoke about his heritage and military service as the guest speaker during the annual Asian American Pacific Islander heritage observance at USARCENT’s headquarters, Patton Hall, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., May 15, 2019.
