Summary
BALTIMORE - Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class John Cornelius, the assistant fire chief at the Coast Guard Yard Fire Department located in Baltimore, Md., works alongside firefighters from the Anne Arundel County Hazmat and Special Operations Station in Arnold Md., during a confined space rescue aboard the USS Oak Ridge, a 536-foot floating dry dock in Baltimore, March 30, 2011. The two fire departments have partnered together by cross training each other's crews in an effort to determine the best rescue practices.
