Emmonak, Alaska, July 15, 2013 -- FEMA FCO Dolph A. Diemont leads a team into the far Western Bourough of Emmonak to meet with local officials, disaster survivors and community tribal leaders to discuss the way ahead for recovery efforts after a severe flood devastated the community.
