Emmonak, Alaska, July 15, 2013 -- FEMA Federal Coordinating Officer (FCO) Dolph A. Diemont leads a team to meet with local officials, disaster survivors and community tribal leaders to discuss the way ahead for recovery efforts after a severe flood devastated the community.
