Galena, Alaska, Sep. 9, 2013 -- FEMA Deputy Associate Administrator, Response and Recovery, Elizabeth Zimmerman tours the newly constructed winter camp with Federal Coordinating Officer Dolph A. Diemont. The winter camp will house the responders and emergency managers over the long winter while recovery missions continue.
