Guests at the St. Barbara’s Day Ball, held at Ramstein Air Base on March 22, raise their glasses for one of many toasts offered during the evening. More than 600 soldiers, family member and other friends attended the event named in honor of St. Barbara, the patron saint of artillerymen. The annual ball, co-hosted by the 19th Battlefield Coordination Detachment and the 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command, celebrates the artillery branch and its long-standing commitment to providing national security.
