Hospital Corpsman Deika Basoiadoran talks to a nursing home resident that was evacuated from Plaquemines Parish, La., during Hurricane Isaac. After water began topping the levees near the nursing home, more than 100 residents were evacuated by the Louisiana Air National Guard to Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans, where they spent the night until the threat flooding passed.
