Immediately upon arrival to the Guardian Centers in Perry, Ga., Raging Bull Soldiers from Battery B, 1st Battalion, 10th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, began setting up an operations center. The Soldiers deployed July 22, as part of Scarlet Response. Scarlet Response was an emergency deployment readiness exercise conducted in conjuction with Vibrant Response, a combined exercise held in Indiana and directed by the Lt. Gen. Charles H. Jacoby Jr., the commander of the U.S. Northern Command, and lead by U.S. Army North (5th Army).
