JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (July 29, 2020) – Lt.j.g. Evan Skarbek directs traffic near Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s “swab tent” during the COVID-19 pandemic. Skarbek, a native of Standish, Michigan, holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from University of Michigan. “I joined the Navy to serve our country. I appreciate the opportunity to support processes that ultimately impact people and their experience. It feels good to see the impact we make on our sailors as well as the community.
