JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Col. Patty Wilbanks addresses Col. Marvin Ee before he takes responsibility for the unit she will relinquish at a ceremony here May 15, 2016. Ee joined He joined the the 176th Wing's 176th Mission Support Group from the Eielson-based 168th Wing, where he served as commander of the 168th Maintance Group since 2013.
