KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany-The 7th Mission Support Command holds a Change of Responsibility ceremony May 8, 2016. Command Sgt. Maj. James J. Murrin, who will retire from the Army later this year after more than 30 years of service, handed over his duties as the 7th Mission Support Command’s Senior Enlisted Advisor to Command Sgt. Maj. Raymond L. Brown, 7th MSC and Chief Warrant Officer 5 Martha Ervin, 7th MSC's new Command CWO, replaced Chief Warrant Officer 5 Debra A. Blankenbaker, who will also retire this year, during a ceremony officiated by the 7th MSC's Commanding General Brig. Gen. Arlan M. DeBlieck.
