Leadership from the U.S. Army's 1st Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment and the Japan Ground Self Defense Force's 33rd Infantry Regiment discuss lessons learned during a bilateral after action review Nov. 5 following the cumulative field training exercise of Orient Shield 12. The two forces joined together to fight a simulated enemy during the exercise.
