Lt. Col. Andrew Yoder (left), Recovery Field Office(RFO)-Puerto Rico commander, recognized New Orleans District's Anedra Baldwin with the Army's Achievement Medal for Civilian Service for her work as a realty specialist in support of Hurricane Maria/Hurricane Irma response and recovery operations on February 1, 2018. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leads Emergency Support Function 3, Civil Works and Engineers, during Federal Emergency Management Agency-led federal responses to declared disasters and emergencies. Baldwin's first deployment to Puerto Rico was from September 26 to November 11, and she is back at the RFO for another month-long deployment. Baldwin's hometown is Slidell, Louisiana.
