Summary

Marines prepare F/A-18 Hornets for flight during combined training with their Royal Thai Air Force counterparts, Feb. 16. U.S. Marines attached to Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, and the Royal Thai Air Force train bi-laterally to maintain readiness and interoperability in support of peace and security in the region as part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2015. The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt. All of these materials are preserved because they are important to the workings of Government, have long-term research worth, or provide information of value to citizens.
