Marines with 1st Marine Division provide ground security during the Marine air-ground task force demonstration in the 2017 Marine Corps Air Station Miramar Air Show at MCAS Miramar, Calif., Sept. 24. The theme for the air show is “A Salute to Vietnam Veterans” and features several performances and displays recognizing the sacrifices of Vietnam veterans. The air show also showcases world-class civilian performers, military flight demonstration teams, capabilities of the MAGTF and celebrates our longstanding relationship with our neighbors in the local San Diego community.
