Master Sgt. Ruben Wright, Recruiting Office Manager for the Washington Air National Guard, accepts the award for production recruiter and retainer of the year on behalf of Tech. Sgt. Cassie Kennedy from Col. Gent Welsh, commander of the Washington Air National Guard, during the 11th annual awards banquet Feb. 8, 2020, at the Spokane Convention Center. The 141st Air Refueling Wing hosted the event to recognize the achievements made by members of the Washington Air National Guard over the past year. Nine individuals, one flight, and one squadron were recognized and received the coveted eagle trophies for their respective categories.
