Members of the Orange County Calif. Federal Emergency Management Agency urban search and rescue team watch as their equipment is loaded onto a C-17 Globemaster III at Naval Auxiliary Landing Field San Clemente, Calif., April 16, 2011 in support of Patriot Hook 2011. Patriot Hook is an annual Air Force Reserve Tanker Airlift Control Element exercise simulating a joint force response to a natural disaster in a forward deployed location. The exercise deploys three TALCE units and brings together units of the Air Force Reserve, Navy, Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies to practice cargo planning and handling procedures.
