BALTIMORE - David Hall, 63, proudly runs in stride adorning a U.S. Coast Guard flag as he heads toward the finish line of the 4th annual Nate Bruckenthal Memorial Run held on the Coast Guard Yard base in Curtis Bay, Md., April 21, 2012. The 5 km run began as a way to honor Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Nathan "Nate" Bruckenthal, the first Coast Guardsman killed during wartime action since Vietnam, who died in the line of duty April 24, 2004, when he and two Navy sailors intercepted a waterborne suicide attack on the Khawr Al Amaya Oil Platform off the coast of Iraq in the northern Persian Gulf.
