Parsons, W.Va., Nov. 5, 2012 -- Staff Sgt. Jason Johnson, West Virginia Army National Guard, and Jennifer Rabuck (right), a U.S. Forest Service worker from the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Wisconsin, coordinate the efforts of the Guard and the Forest Service to clear the road to a remote malfunctioning emergency radio repeater site in Tucker County. As a result of their efforts, technicians will be able to restore service. FEMA is working with state, federal and local partners to assist residents of the state affected by the deep snow, heavy rain and high winds of Hurricane Sandy. Norman Lenburg/FEMA
