Sacramento District commander Col. David Ray (left) points out features of the Isabella Dam Safety Modification Project to Brig. Gen. Kim Colloton, commander of the South Pacific Division, during a tour of the Isabella DSMP on April 17, 2019. Colloton assumed command of the division in July 2018, and this was her first visit to the Isabella DSMP, where the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is constructing an emergency spillway and labyrinth weir, as well as adding 16 feet to the height of both the main and auxiliary dams at Isabella Lake.
