SALINA, Kan– Competitors for the Soldier and Non-commissioned Officer of The Year at the 2019 annual KSARNG Best Warrior Competition that took place at the Great Plains Joint Training Center in Salina, Kansas, Oct. 31-Nov. 3, 2019, listen for the winner’s names to be called off during the closing ceremony. Competitors completed an Army Physical Fitness Test, day and night land navigation, weapons qualification, an Air Assault obstacle course, a call for fire exercise and a ruck march. Additionally, they tested on the new Army Combat Fitness Test.
