SAN DIEGO (May 4, 2019) Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Nathaniel Mora, assigned to Navy Reserve Naval Security Forces Point Loma, measures the neck circumference of Cmdr. John Billcheck, assigned to Navy Reserve Commander, Carrier Strike Group 15, in order to complete his body composition assessment (BCA) May 4 on Naval Air Station North Island. Command fitness leaders assigned to Navy Operational Support Center North Island completed over 40 BCA in preparation to participate in the spring 2019 physical readiness test.
