SANTA RITA, Guam (April 1, 2016) – Master at Arms 1st Class Robert Schmidt presents the flag to the mother of late Petty Officer 2nd Class William Sablan Cruz. Three Sailors and one airmen from the Joint Region Marianas (JRM) funeral honors detail performed at a funeral for a Guam veteran, April 1 at the Guam Veterans Cemetery. Sailors and airmen devote their spare time to provide honors to veterans and their families at funerals on island, performing an average of four per month.
