SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, Hawaii – Soldiers from Alpha Battery “Wardog”, 3-7 Field Artillery Battalion, 25th Infantry Division Artillery conduct a live fire mission with M119A3 howitzers as part of a joint operation training exercise ‘WARDOG KILA’ on Dec. 09, 2020 at East Range Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
The Operation Wardog Kila live fire was conducted by 3rd Battalion, 7th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Battalion, 12th Marines Artillery, and 2nd Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment alongside Army and Marine attack aviation from the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade and Marine Aircraft Group 24, and sling load operations support from the Marine Corps Combat Logistics Battalion 3. This exercise enhanced lethality, interoperability, and readiness to conduct future offensive operations in a joint, multi-domain environment.
