Spc. Carmen Cuestas, a Soldier with the 29th Infantry Division, participates in a ceremony honoring World War II veterans held at the Franco-American memorial in Graignes, France, June 5, 2017. The ceremony commemorates the 73rd anniversary of D-Day, the largest multi-national amphibious landing and operational military airdrop in history, and highlights the U.S.' steadfast commitment to European allies and partners.
