Samnang Virakpanyou (right), a carpentry/ masonry specialist who is fluent in Thai, presents a donation of four computers from the Kingdom of Thailand’s Department of Commerce to Monta Keawduangjai, a teacher at Ban Sa la Kai Fub School in Mueang District, Sukhothai province, Thailand, Feb. 7, 2014. The 176th Engineer Company of the Washington Army National Guard led the construction of a new school building here as part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2014, a Thai-U.S. co-sponsored exercise committed to improving regional partnership, prosperity and security in the Asia-Pacific region. U.S. Army forces attended CG 14 in support of U.S. Army Pacific.
