Summary
The 412th Theater Engineer Command's Spc. Stafford Velasquez from Brooklyn, N.Y., recuperates after finishing the 2-mile run. Stafford competed in the Army physical fitness test to see who has the best overall physical endurance. Stafford along with 35 other Soldiers from the 412th and 416th TECs converged at Fort McCoy, Wis., April 25-29 to represent their command in the 2015 Combined TEC Best Warrior Competition.
