The commanding general of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command and Soldiers from the 16th Sustainment Brigade welcome Col. Michelle M.T. Letcher as she assumes command from Col. J. Scott Murray during a change of command ceremony June 16 at Smith Barracks, Baumholder, Germany.
