The Maryland National Guard supported civil authorities
Summary
The Maryland National Guard supported civil authorities to assist in the stand up and operations of a new Covid-19 testing site at Lake Clifton Park in Baltimore today. 48 appointments were scheduled for the first day and those interested in testing can text 211 to be prescreened. Admission to the site is by appointment only. More than 2000 Maryland National Guard members are activated to support Maryland's response to COVID-19. The MDNG is working in close coordination with many agencies to support civil authorities to augment civil agency capabilities.
