The Stuttgart military community observes the 16th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks with a memorial service sponsored by the United States Army Garrison, Stuttgart on Patch Barrack, in Vaihingen, Germany . The USAG Stuttgart community members gathered for the ceremony, observed a moment of silence and U.S Marine Col Sean M.
