Two F-22 Raptors from the 1st Fighter Wing at Joint Base Langley-Eustis escort a 92nd Air Refueling Wing KC-135 Stratotanker from Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., on their way to exercise Amalgam Dart 15-2 May 27, 2015, over British Columbia, Canada. The F-22 Raptor is the Air Force's newest fighter aircraft. Its combination of stealth, supercruise, maneuverability, and integrated avionics, coupled with improved supportability, represents an exponential leap in warfighting capabilities.
