Two US Army (USA) Soldiers armed with 5.56mm M16A2 rifles assigned to Psychological Operations show local Afghani militiamen, armed with 7.62 mm AK-47 assault rifles, a radio during a Medical Contingency Assistance Program (MEDCAP) held near the village of Sayad, Afghanistan, during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. The Programs provide free medical and dental care to residents of local villages as well as literature on the dangers of unexploded ordnance and information on why the US Military is here in their country
