Summary
Comprehensive Airman Fitness days allow U.S. Air Force airmen and Department of Defense civilians to strengthen resilience by focusing on developing mental, spiritual, physical and social fitness through training. The ultimate goal is enhancing one’s ability to withstand, recover and grow in the face of stressors and changing demands.
