U.S. airmen with the 37th Airlift Squadron at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, and U.S. soldiers with the 21st Theater Sustainment Command and 5th Quartermaster Detachment in Kaiserslautern, Germany, arrive at Powidz Air Base, Poland, March 2, 2013, to participate in exercise Screaming Eagle V. Screaming Eagle is quarterly exercise designed to build partnership capacity between U.S. and Polish forces. In October 2012, the U.S. Air Force established the first permanent U.S. military presence in Poland.
