U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. Roberto Velazquez folds clothes in the dugout of a local stadium in Yauco, Puerto Rico, Oct. 7, 2017. Velazquez donated his washing machine, which is running via a generator, to help his fellow soldiers maintain their cleanliness while conducting relief missions throughout Puerto Rico in the wake of Hurricane Maria. Velazquez is a plumber with the 1st Mission Support Command, one of many of Puerto Rico’s sons and daughters who have been asked by Local Authorities to provide vital support to their local communities.
