U.S. Army Sgt. Daniel Gauthier, plumber from the 1020th Engineer Company, installs framing April 30, 2013 at the construction site of Louisiana Government Primary School. Civil Engineers from both the U.S. and Belize are constructing various structures at schools throughout Belize as part of an exercise called New Horizons.
