U.S. Army Sgt. Michael L. Kleven, an artillerymen assigned to Company B, 2nd Battalion, 15th Field Artillery Regiment, Task Force “Golden Dragons,” 2/10 Security Forces Assistance Brigade, Forward Operating Base Boris, Afghanistan, re-enlisted near gun line one March 15. Kleven re-enlisted for an additional four years and says it is in his family’s best interest. “My wife and I just had our second baby, the Army provides the stability for my family that I desire,” said Kleven. Along with job stability, Kleven received station of choice. “I’m from Vancouver, Wash.,” said Kleven. “I was able to get Joint Base Lewis McCord for my next duty assignment and that will bring my family closer to home.” (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
