Ballow, a Marine with Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 3, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), receives the Navy and Marine Corps Medal during an award ceremony on Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., March 12, 2020.
