U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Xavier L. Cannon and members of the Philippine Armed Forces assist civilians displaced by Typhoon Haiyan Nov. 13 at Villamor Air Base as part of Operation Damayan. U.S. and Philippine Armed Forces have transported more than 107,000 pounds of relief supplies, 140 relief and aid workers, and more than 160 displaced personnel.
