U.S. Marines with the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa Air Combat Element conduct wash-down maintenance on a MV-22 Osprey at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa, Nov. 7, 2016.
