US Navy (USN) Crytologic Technician Third Class (CT3) Erik Horner casts off a mooring line for the US Army (USA) ship Theater Support Vessel (TSV)-1X SPEARHEAD as it departs Ford Island, at Pearl Harbor, to conduct a capabilities demonstration for local military and civilian leaders. The 98-meter aluminum hulled catamaran, similar to the US Navy's High Speed Vehicle (HSV), can maneuver USA Soldiers with their equipment, at speeds up to 40 knots, from staging bases to remote locations while maintaining full situational awareness
