USAF Engineers assigned to Task Force Guarani Springs, from the 823RD Red Horse Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Fl survey the land for the new school at Las Palmas, Paraguay during Exercise NEW HORIZONS. Task Force Guarani Springs will conduct engineering and medical operations in Paraguay, enabling required joint training and will renovate, construct and improve infrastructures of four schools; four water wells, and conduct three Medical Readiness Training Exercises (MEDRETES) as agreed to by the government of Paraguay
