Washington Army National Guard soldier Spc. Craig L. Harvey and his Canadian counterpart survey the countryside during a tactical movement during a company-level group attack Aug. 22 as part of Exercise Grizzly Defender. The exercise is a joint training mission with the Canadian Army Reserve at Canadian Forces Base Wainwright in Alberta, Canada, which ran from Aug. 15-23, 2015, with a focus on offensive tasks including patrols, convoys, raids, information operations, traffic control points, and company-level group attacks.
