West, Texas, May 7, 2013 -- Architects and engineers join a state-federal preliminary damage assessment team for an inspection of the West High School gymnasium that was damaged during the nearby April 17 fertilizer plant explosion. The team is compiling a report of the damage done to public infrastructure as a result of the blast. The Federal Emergency Management Agency is providing assistance to help the community recover from the disaster. Norman Lenburg/FEMA
