Cherokee, N.C., March 15, 2013 -- Annette Wright, a FEMA Region IV Procurement officer, conducts a one on one workshop for potential federal contractors at the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians (EBCI) tribal office. Contractors interested in applying for federal contracts must use the System for Award Management System (SAM) website to register as contractors so that they may be eligible for contract work.
