A U.S. Marine advisor with Task Force Southwest shows Afghan National Police officers how to reassemble the newly received M16A2 assault rifles, which replaced their AK-47s, during an M16 class at Bost Airfield, Afghanistan, Aug. 15, 2017. The ANP were taught the basics of identifying parts, weapons maintenance, and how to conduct a functions check.
