A man enjoys a cold drink of melted ice finding relief from Puerto Rico's scorching heat. He and others have been waiting in line for over two hours some even camp out over night outside the factory gate in order to be first in line to buy ice. The demand for ice is so great that the owner of the factory limits the sale of ice to one bag per person. The Rima ice factory is one of three factories currently working with the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in order to provide ice to the local communities hit by the devastating winds of Hurricane George
