Workers for the Rima ice factory located just north of Fajardo, Puerto Rico prepare a pallet of ice for sale to the local public. The demand for ice is so great that the owner of the factory limits the sale of ice to one bag per person. The Rima ice factory is one of three in the local area currently working with US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide ice to the local communities. The devastating winds of Hurricane George ripped through the Island leaving it without electrical power, potable water and phone communications
