A U.S. Army soldier operates the High-Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) Egress Assistance Trainer (HEAT) during multinational training at the Training Support Center Hohenfels, Germany, June 21, 2013. The purpose of the HEAT is to train soldiers in the proper procedures to egress from an inverted HMMWV. The HEAT is just one of multiple training systems, facilities and resources available to U.S. and partner nation forces in Europe through the 7th U.S. Army Joint Multinational Training Command.
