Army Spc. Angela M. Wilson (right), an intelligence analyst with the 10th Support Group (Regional) in Okinawa, recites the oath of enlistment during an re-enlistment ceremony conducted on the summit of Mt. Fuji, Japan, Aug. 7, 2015. Born and raised in Okinawa, Wilson elected to host her extended commitment while on a 30-day Live Environment Training assignment with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, U.S. Army Japan in Camp Zama. Her journey coincided with scores of Soldiers, families and Japan Ground Self-Defense service members climbing to the summit as part of a morale and partnership enhancing event organized by USARJ HHC’s leadership. The Defense Visual Information Distribution Service provides a connection between world media and the American military personnel serving at home and abroad. All of these materials are preserved because they are important to the workings of Government, have long-term research worth, or provide information of value to citizens.
